RAINYLDAYSPTR.COM is not an MLM scheme or paid autosurf program nor will it ever be either of the two mentioned
All Advertising must fit within PAYPAL's GUIDELINES
If you have been given a free upgrade and you have been earning money on it I am going to have to change the TOS. Usually members that are given a free upgrade and have been paid several times support the website and I have not seen this at all.
Free upgrades (regardless of any type will expire in 30 days from this email and your account will be changed back to free member unless you purchase a PAID upgraded membership 05/24/09)
As of 04/05/09 all members from CHINA are no longer allowed to join unless they have paid for a years upgrade. You will be deleted if you join without paying
As of 01/01/2009 if you are caught trying to steal free ads from us you will be fined 5.00USD ad suspended until you pay for the ads. this also include the chinese members who have been putting paid upgrade and they have not paid for any upgrades you will also be suspended and fined 5.00 for trying to cheat the site.
Payout is now 3.50 and I really do not see any reason why anyone cannot afford the price of the ads, please do not steal from an honest paying site.
If you are in a Country that I only allow you to earn for advertising only, you may now get paid for your clicks when you reach 5.00 when you are a PAID Dew member or higher PAID membership ONLY...
3.50 payout is for all other members and you must qualify and be active and I will only payout through RME for USA MEMBERS, this takes efffect on 01/01/09.
SO if you want to be paid instead of earning just for ads you must UPGRADE to a DEW MEMBERSHIP Or A HIGHER PAID MEMBERSHIP..
minidays and burned upgrades do not count....
all TOS applies if you get caught cheating just like everyone else regardless if you have a paid membership your account and all earnings will be deleted...
NO REFUNDS GIVEN ONCE A PAID MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN ACTIVATED

By signing up and actively using the rainyldaysptr.com program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. rainyldaysptr.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with rainyldaysptr.com.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the rainyldaysptr.com program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing rainyldaysptr.com account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your rainyldaysptr.com account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by rainyldaysptr.com be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.

If you are in a country that is for advertising only and you input anything else your account will also be deleted.
If your account is deleted for any reason your ads will also be deleted from the system.
Terms may change at any given time, please make sure to read the TOS on a regular basis to stay informed.
If you do not follow the support email request(i.e., vote, search) the click will be rolled back and you will lose the money for the click, it clearly states DO NOT CLICK UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO DO WHAT IS ASKED OF YOU.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up rainyldaysptr.com. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with rainyldaysptr.com. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from rainyldaysptr.com. limited to no more than (30) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from rainyldaysptr.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.Inactive accounts will also be deleted for not logging in for 30 days or more.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and rainyldaysptr.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and rainyldaysptr.com. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of rainyldaysptr.com. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
rainyldaysptr.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or rainyldaysptr.com program, even if rainyldaysptr.com has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, rainyldaysptr.com aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
rainyldaysptr.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the rainyldaysptr.com program. Members will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by rainyldaysptr.com. Members will be paid
via RME or ALERTPAY . rainyldaysptr.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum
payout rate set by rainyldaysptr.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment.
Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
please have RME or ALERTPAY as a payment plan..RME is the MAIN payment source.
Paypal fees are killing everyone until further notice there will be a 0.30 fee charged to all payouts and purchases to cover the fees, paypal will only be used for certain cases.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with rainyldaysptr.com and may result
in legal prosecution. rainyldaysptr.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. rainyldaysptr.com may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
rainyldaysptr.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
ALL Free Upgrades:
Are only good for 3months from the date upgraded, after the (3 months) is up the account will be downgraded to a free members account unless a Upgrade membership is purchased.
PTP Clause:
The Paid To Promote is an additional feature to the PTR.
You must be active in the PTR to use the PTP feature
If you are caught abusing the PTP your PTP will be suspended and your account is at risk of deletion.
You may NOT just run the PTP link and cashout!
PTC CLAUSE
If you are just clicking the PTC section that will not grant you a payout when you reach it. This is a Paid to READ website that means reading emails and then clicking the link. 25 emails per month is the requirement in order to have a payout granted. PTP LINKS are for PAID Upgrades ONLY.
Effective 04/08/07 all PTP approval requests must include if the website is running ccscripts with the request.
effective 04/15/07 if you request a payout and you do not qualify for that payout you will be charged 1.50 for a faulty request..read the terms and follow the rules.
Vacation mode:
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back.
Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms.
If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact support@rainyldaysptr.com and let me know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted.
